- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team members.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations, catering, and equipment setup.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Support the team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
