Brandon Plombon, CEO & President of the Board
Mr. Plombon is a former banker with United Prairie Bank, a community bank based in Mankato, MN since 2016. Prior to his time as a banker, he spent time as an independent insurance agent with United Prairie Insurance Agency. From 2014 through November 2016, he worked at Corporate Health Systems, Inc. (CHS) a private company based in Eden Prairie, MN, as an implementation administrator, client relations, and senior benefit consultant trainee. OneDigital acquired CHS in May of 2016. Mr. Plombon served as a market analyst for his duration at OneDigital. He currently serves his community while on the Mountain Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (May 2017) and The Windom Area Sharing Center Board of Directors as the treasurer (July 2019).
Gretchen Plombon, Board Member
Mrs. Plombon is presently a social worker with Watonwan County Human Services, in St. James, MN. She began in September of 2015 as a case manager and has since been promoted to Team Lead of MinChoices at the county. In the Spring of 2020, she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW). Prior to her time at the county, she served at Meridian Services, in Hopkins, MN. She was a case manager there from May of 2014 to September of 2015.
Adam Jones, Board Member
Mr. Jones is currently employed by Optum Government Solutions as a Service Account Manager Associate with the client, a State Medicaid program. Accountable for revenue recapturing and client satisfaction in his role, Adam has responsibility for educating the Medicaid providers in proper claims submittal process allowing for proper adjudication. Adam has an accumulation of over 7 years in the health insurance industry; triage, claims, prior authorizations, referrals. He has over 20 years customer service and client satisfaction experience, including a training role through Optum Global Solutions in Cebu, Philippines. He has built a reputation for operational excellence, working with the highest level of integrity, and a deep and passionate commitment to Optum clients.
Jodi Bailey, Board Member
Mrs. Bailey has over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She is currently employed as a Customer Support Specialist with Adeptive Software, who developed the innovative ResWare title and escrow production platform. Prior to joining Adeptive, Jodi worked as a Title Production Software Administrator for a consulting company, a Business Analyst for a leading national underwriter and a Project Manager for one of the nation’s largest underwriters. Jodi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Robert Plombon, Board Member
Mr. Plombon is currently employed by School Management Services as a consultant for public schools and charter schools in Minnesota. Prior to consulting he worked in several Twin Cities school districts in their Business Departments from 1990 through 2016. He has over 40 years of experience in the business and accounting fields for public and private companies. While working for school districts he was also involved with a Twin Cities credit union where he served as president for 2 years where he was involved in setting up their online programs.
